Everleap Fertility in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a leading fertility team. The APP will assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients seeking reproductive services within a collaborative, high-quality care setting.

The role requires NP or PA licensure with prescriptive authority, board certification in relevant NP specialities or PA program completion, and strong patient-centered care skills.

Qualifications

• Current state license as NP with prescriptive authority.
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP).
• MSN or DNP degree for NP track or PA program graduate for PA track.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required depending on location.

Responsabilités

• Obtain medical histories and perform physical examinations.
• Conduct infertility evaluations and gynecologic assessments.
• Perform ultrasound monitoring and reproductive procedures as applicable.
• Order and interpret laboratory results; develop treatment plans with physicians.
• Prescribe medications and provide referrals per state regulations.
• Maintain EMR documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
