Everleap Fertility is seeking a Reproductive Medicine Coordinator in Palo Alto, CA to coordinate patient care across providers, nurses, and lab staff. This role emphasizes reviewing medical information, tracking laboratory results, and communicating next steps to patients and care teams.

As part of a fast-paced multi-provider practice, you will ensure accurate data, support the fertility treatment journey, and maintain EMR documentation with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination.
• Ability to analyze medical records and lab results for completeness.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience supporting multi-provider medical practices preferred.

Help us build families by ensuring every patient receives timely, coordinated care throughout their fertility journey.

As a Reproductive Medicine Coordinator at RMA Northern California, soon to be Everleap Fertility, you will serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, nurses, and the laboratory team. This highly administrative healthcare role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys reviewing medical information, tracking laboratory results, researching patient care needs, and coordinating next steps in treatment plans.

While you will interact with patients and clinical teams, this is not a hands-on clinical care position. Instead, you will be the behind-the-scenes expert ensuring critical information is gathered, reviewed, and communicated accurately to support exceptional patient outcomes and a seamless fertility journey.

Location: Palo Alto, CA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Coordinate patient care across providers, nurses, and laboratory staff
• Review and track laboratory results to ensure timely follow-up
• Analyze medical records and patient documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Research and investigate outstanding items needed to advance treatment plans
• Communicate next steps and treatment updates to patients and care teams
• Monitor patient progress through various stages of fertility treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
• Support a fast-paced, multi-provider practice through effective care coordination
• Ensure a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all aspects of patient care coordination

What We're Looking For

• Experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, medical assisting, research, laboratory sciences, or a related healthcare setting
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze medical records, laboratory information, and complex documentation
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience working in a multi-provider medical practice preferred
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for providing an outstanding patient experience
• Interest in fertility and reproductive medicine
