Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Bedford, NH seeks an Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. The role involves coordinating fertility patient care, educating patients, and supporting providers with in-office procedures while following established clinical workflows.

The successful candidate will have an active RN license, BSN preferred, and proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office. Weekend and holiday rotations apply as part of clinical coverage and staffing duties.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license — required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — highly preferred.
• BCLS, ACLS, and/or IV Certification — preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and treat fertility patients.
• Implement provider directives through management of diagnostic and clinical treatment plans.
• Provide care following established workflows, policies, and clinical guidelines.
• Review EMR records and lab results; document accurately in EMR.
• Communicate test results and patient instructions; educate patients throughout treatment journey.
• Maintain timely documentation of patient care in EMR.
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and couples.
• Assist with in-office procedures as needed.
• Lead and coordinate daily batch operations with teams.
