Qualifications

• Education: B.S. or M.S. in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or similar discipline
• Experience: 1 year of lab experience designing and conducting experiments (industry or academic)
• Top Skills: inquisitiveness, willingness to learn, problem solving, attention to detail, clear and effective written/verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, analyze and summarize experiments using scale-down models and biochemical analysis
• Identify process improvement opportunities through data collection and collaboration
• Technically lead and manage small-scale lab projects as needed
• Provide operational support to pilot plant and lab programs for team objectives
• Write and present technical summaries in reports and at meetings
