Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role—you'll visit customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided; you are not cold-calling. Top reps earn uncapped commissions and can clear six figures; we provide coaching and a paid training program to teach fence sales from scratch.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and contribute to the team’s success.
