Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled homeowners appointments, measure properties, and write quotes. This outside sales role involves visiting customers' homes 4–6 days a week. Leads are provided and no cold-calling.

• Customer-facing field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to measure properties and read surveys.
• Comfort with quotes and pricing tools in the field.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop / tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system.

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.
