Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to visit homeowners, measure properties, and prepare winning quotes. This outside sales role involves 4–6 home appointments per day across the metro area, with leads provided and a paid training program.

You will drive, document measurements, and close deals to hand off to the project manager. Top reps earn six figures with uncapped commissions; reliable CRM use and strong communication are essential.

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey
