Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to visit homeowners, measure properties, and write on-site quotes. This outside sales role relies on pre-booked appointments, strong communication, and the ability to close deals.

You''ll use our pricing tools on a laptop or tablet, educate homeowners on materials and install processes, and hand off signed projects to the project manager with clear notes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle and smartphone.
• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey.
• Comfortable with CRM and basic spreadsheets.

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.
