Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area. You will measure properties, write quotes on-site, and educate homeowners on materials, styles and installation.

Leads are provided; no cold-calling. Salary is commission-based with top reps earning $120k+. A reliable vehicle, mileage reimbursement, and a paid training program are included, with career growth to sales management for top performers.

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey
