Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run 4–6 pre-booked homeowner appointments, measure properties, and write on-site quotes using our pricing tools. This is an outside sales role with leads provided.

You will educate homeowners on materials and installation, hand off signed projects to the project manager, and pursue a monthly closing target with uncapped commissions. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle and smartphone with mileage reimbursement.
• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading property surveys.

• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop/tablet).

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.
