Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled home visits, measure properties, and generate quotes. This external sales role involves 4–6 days on-site with homeowners and leads provided; no cold-calling is required.

You will educate homeowners on materials, styles, and installation, follow up on proposals, and hand off signed jobs to the project manager with clear notes. Earnings are commission-driven with six-figure potential for top performers.

Qualifications

• Outside sales role with scheduled home visits.
• Ability to measure properties and identify scope for quotes.
• Familiar with CRM and basic spreadsheets will help daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target.
