Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Capable of performing basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions with some independent decision making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and testing of vehicles and equipment for safety and proper operation.
• Load trucks with equipment and materials for daily tasks, ensuring secure placement.
• Attend job sites with Foreman and review project details with customers.
• Install fence poles, erect fences, and tension wire per NCR specs.
• Keep job sites clean and ensure equipment is stored properly after work.
• Maintain trucks and restock materials for future fence installations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.
