Job summary

National Construction Rentals is seeking a Fence Helper to assist the Fence Foreman in installing and maintaining fences to NCR specifications. You will participate in daily operations, support safe work practices, and help ensure customer satisfaction on job sites.

Responsibilities include loading equipment, inspecting vehicles, helping install poles, fences and tension wire, keeping sites clean, and storing tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Proficiency in basic math for job-site calculations.
• Minimum of 1 year of outdoor physical labor experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and testing of vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and proper operation.
• Load truck with necessary equipment and materials for daily assignments.
• Attend job sites with Foreman and meet with customers to review project details.
• Install fence poles, erect fences, and tension wire to NCR specifications.
• Clean job sites thoroughly and store equipment securely on the truck after completion.
• Clean and maintain trucks and restock materials for future fence installations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.
