The Senior Fellowships & Endowment Coordinator at the LBJ School of Public Affairs, University of Texas at Austin, serves as the lead administrator for donor-funded fellowships and endowment programs. • Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience demonstrating progressively responsible work in higher education administration, fellowships, scholarships, student funding, endowments, financial administration, donor-funded programs, or a related area.
• Experience managing complex records, budgets, reconciliations, databases, reporting systems, and business processes.
• Experience interpreting and applying institutional policies, financial requirements, program criteria, or donor restrictions.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, project management, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related administrative systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for fellowship and scholarship programs. Manage application cycles, eligibility reviews, award recommendations, exceptions, and funding decisions.
• Develop annual and multi-year fellowship and scholarship strategies that advance enrollment, yield, student success, and stewardship goals. Track and analyze admissions, enrollment, award, expenditure, commitment, and utilization data to inform funding models, award recommendations, budget projections, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with students, donors, Donor Relations, Financial Aid, Texas One Stop, Tuition Billing, academic units, and external partners.
• Monitor endowment activity and ensure compliance with donor criteria and university requirements. Maintain endowment agreements, commitment records, appointment documentation, and related institutional records.
