The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Senior Fellowships & Endowment Coordinator to lead the school's fellowship and scholarship programs and manage endowment stewardship, budgeting, and reporting. You will oversee award cycles, donor-funded programs, and ensure compliance with university requirements.

Working in the Lyndon B Johnson School of Public Affairs, you will collaborate with students, donors, and academic units to optimize funding models and provide timely financial reporting

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience in higher education administration.
• Experience managing complex records, budgets, reconciliations, databases, and reporting systems.
• Experience interpreting policies, donor restrictions, and program criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Fellowship and scholarship administration: manage cycles, eligibility, awards, and funding decisions; maintain records and cohort coordination.
• Develop fellowship strategies, analyze data, and produce dashboards and reports for funding models and allocations.
• Coordinate with students, donors, Donor Relations, Financial Aid, and academic units.
• Endowment compliance and reporting: monitor activity, prepare budgets, reconciliations, and leadership reports.
