The Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin seeks a Senior Fellowships & Endowment Coordinator to lead fellowship and scholarship programs and oversee endowment funds. The role covers budgeting, reporting, compliance, and donor-funded activities across campus.

You will manage application cycles, award processing, and financial reconciliations while coordinating with donors, academic units, and university offices to optimize resource use and forecasting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience demonstrating progressively responsible work in higher education administration, fellowships, scholarships, student funding, endowments, financial administration, donor-funded programs, or a related area.
• Experience managing complex records, budgets, reconciliations, databases, reporting systems, and business processes.
• Experience interpreting and applying institutional policies, financial requirements, program criteria, or donor restrictions.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, project management, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related administrative systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle of student funding, from outreach and application administration through award processing, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure endowment activity is consistent with donor criteria, university requirements and supports leadership decision-making.
• Develop annual and multi-year fellowship and scholarship strategies; track data and create dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate with students, donors, Donor Relations, Financial Aid, and academic units.
