Job summary

UC Health in Cincinnati is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee the fellowship program in collaboration with the fellowship director. The role ensures compliance with ACGME regulations and provides comprehensive support to the Division Director.

Responsibilities include managing applications, coordinating interviews, processing HR and licensing paperwork, arranging contracts and orientation, maintaining candidate schedules, and supporting accreditation site visits.

Responsibilities

• Receive and maintain fellowship applications; communicate with applicants about the process; set up interview dates and itineraries.
• Initiate hiring paperwork for accepted fellows; coordinate HR and GME offices; oversee graduating fellows’ paperwork.
• Prepare annual contracts; process licensing, privileging, badges, keys; organize orientation with GME, DOM, Division, VA.
• Maintain and coordinate fellowship schedules (call, conference, rotation, evaluations).
• Ensure ACGME guidelines are met for accreditation purposes.
• Enter and maintain AMION for attending and fellow schedules.
• Facilitate quarterly committee meetings and semi-annual evaluations.
• Attend monthly Program Coordinator/Director meetings with GME office.
• Coordinate travel and work location logistics; ensure on-site attendance as needed.
• Support Division Director with calendars, travel, filing, website updates, and recruitment; organize faculty meetings and retreats.
• Travel to hospitals as needed; flexible hours to meet business needs.
