Job summary

Cahaba Medical Care is seeking a Fellowship Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all fellowship programs, including the PGY-4 AIRE program, away and international rotations for residents, and rural labor & delivery rotations under the BRIDGE program. The role requires strong administrative skills and attention to regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of medical admin experience, excellent data management ability, and proficiency with Google Suite to manage complex

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of administrative experience in a professional medical setting or a high school diploma with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Strong data management and attention to detail to ensure compliance and accurate data entry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential for coordinating fellows and rotations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all fellowship programs and the PGY-4 AIRE program.
• Track and confirm away rotations, including international electives for residents.
• Track and coordinate rural labor & delivery rotations part of the BRIDGE program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Graduate Medical Education Manager.
