Job summary

The Cahaba Medical Care Foundation is seeking a Fellowship Coordinator to oversee all fellowship programs, including the PGY-4 AIRE program, and to manage away and international rotations for residents under the BRIDGE initiative.

The role requires strong administrative experience in medical settings, excellent communication, and meticulous data management to ensure compliance and timely execution of programs.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience in a professional medical setting or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong data management and compliance orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with capability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and related tools.
• Ability to track and reconcile financial data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all fellowship programs, including the PGY-4 AIRE program.
• Track and confirm away rotations, including international electives for residents.
• Coordinate rural labor & delivery rotations conducted by fellows and external fellows within BRIDGE.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Graduate Medical Education Manager.

Role Purpose:

The Fellowship Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all fellowship programs, the PGY-4 AIRE program, away and international rotations for residents, and rural labor & delivery rotations under the BRIDGE program, while ensuring compliance and seamless administrative execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all fellowship programs and the PGY-4 AIRE program.
• Track and confirm away rotations, including international electives for all residents.
• Track and coordinate rural labor & delivery rotations performed by fellows and external fellows as part of the BRIDGE program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Graduate Medical Education Manager.
