Job summary

Miami Children’s Hospital is seeking a Fellowship Coordinator to support the Medical Education Department in daily fellowship operations and program administration. The role includes scheduling curriculum sessions, managing attendance, and coordinating on-boarding and travel reimbursements for Fellows.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of GME-related experience, familiarity with New Innovations, and strong organizational and communication skills to maintain confidential Fellow records and ensure

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Graduate Medical Education (GME) experience or relevant administrative experience.
• Experience with New Innovations software preferred.
• Ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the Common Fellowship Curriculum Sessions: scheduling, reminders, attendance records, room bookings, meals, and set-up.
• Oversees IPM module issues and assists Fellows with passwords and reports.
• Maintains Fellows files, contracts, licensure, visas, and other required documents.
• Manages onboarding, travel reimbursements, and centralized duty hour reports.
• Trains staff on software use and supports evaluation preparation in New Innovations.
• Prepares and updates annual fellowship requirements, schedules CCC and PEC, and supports ACGME documentation.
