Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or two years of full-time experience in a clinical or administrative setting.
• Proficiency in word processing, slide presentations, report retrieval functions, etc.
• This position includes occasional non-standard (evening/weekend) work hours; flexible availability is required.
• Experience working with Graduate Medical Education (GME) of one year.
• Proficiency in MEDHUB.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of anesthesiology fellowship programs and medical clerkship activities, ensuring compliance with departmental, GME, ACGME, ABA, and UB requirements.
• Manage fellowship recruitment and onboarding activities, including applications, candidate communications, interview coordination, selection processes, orientations, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain fellowship rotation schedules, program records, evaluations, duty-hour and compliance reporting in MedHub and other systems.
• Coordinate educational activities, lectures, Journal Clubs, meetings, workshops, conferences, graduations, and other fellowship and medical student events.
• Support program directors with accreditation requirements, meeting preparation and minutes, testing, evaluations, and ongoing initiatives.
• Coordinate recruitment and engagement efforts for fellowships and the Anesthesiology Interest Group.
• Maintain confidential electronic and program records; respond to verification and other program-related requests.
• Collaborate with faculty, trainees, medical students, and partners to support graduate and undergraduate medical education programs.
