The University at Buffalo Anesthesiology, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Fellowship Training Program Administrator and Clerkship Coordinator for the Department of Anesthesiology.

This role provides administrative support for fellowship training programs and medical student education, working closely with program directors, the Clerkship Director, faculty, fellows, students, and institutional partners. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day fellowship and clerkship activities,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combined with administrative experience in clinical or academic settings.
• Proficiency with word processing, slide presentations, and report retrieval functions.
• Occasional non-standard hours including evenings/weekends; flexible availability required.
• Experience with Graduate Medical Education (GME) of one year preferred.
• Proficiency in MEDHUB or similar education management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of anesthesiology fellowship programs and medical clerkship activities.
• Manage fellowship recruitment, onboarding, interviews, and related documentation.
• Develop and maintain rotation schedules, program records, evaluations, and duty-hour reporting in MedHub.
• Coordinate educational activities: lectures, Journal Clubs, meetings, conferences, and graduations.
• Support program directors with accreditation, minutes, testing, and ongoing initiatives.
• Coordinate recruitment and engagement efforts for fellows and student groups.
