Job summary

Southern Champion Tray is seeking a 2nd Shift Feeder at the Mansfield Plant in Mansfield, TX. You will safely feed/pack products on the gluer line to achieve the target speed for each run.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and write in English. Shift is 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to cross-train and support lean manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use standard software.
• Must read and understand documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Feed/pack product on the machine to meet target speeds.
• Observe blanks flow, check quality, and alert when issues arise.
• Ensure adequate blanks in hopper to avoid run interruptions.
• Pack cartons according to work orders and verify counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per 5S guidelines.
• Cross-train across machines and assist with lean manufacturing goals.
