Job summary

Southern Champion Tray LLC is seeking a Shift Production Lead for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM CT) at the Mansfield, TX plant. The role focuses on supervising production area safety, setup, quality and operations, and coordinating shift-to-shift information with the team and supervisor.

Responsibilities include monitoring run speeds, assisting with troubleshooting, training new team members, and ensuring timely execution of production schedules while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use software.
• Mechanical ability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, setup, quality, and operations across all production areas.
• Assist in coordinating production scheduling changes and information transfer.
• Support all departments with focus on reducing setup times and improving troubleshooting.
• Facilitate smooth shift-to-shift communication and transitions.
• Lead crew to meet production demands and safety standards.
• Oversee break schedules and ensure adherence to run speeds.
