Job summary

Southern Champion Tray, LP is seeking a Stacker on the 2nd shift (4 Day/10 Hour) at the Fairfield, OH plant. The role involves rotating between stacking, packing and palletizing finished product, while feeding raw material and meeting daily production goals in a safe, quality-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have a High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) with 1–3 months related experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and ability to use software.

Responsibilities

• Stack, pack and palletize finished product according to job tickets.
• Set up and start up the shrink tunnel and conveyor system; maintain machine centers.
• Label cases appropriately and prepare for shipment on skid.
• Record production data and reports; monitor start/stop times and outputs.
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, and communicate with team for safe operations.
