The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and English, and computer skills. You will work with QA, maintenance, and production teams in a fast-paced facility with strict biosecurity and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of business English and mathematics.
• Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and production reporting systems.
• Ability to maintain production records accurately.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor feed mill equipment for batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting, and loadout.
• Maintain product quality and production efficiency through routine adjustments.
• Complete production schedules and maintain accurate records.
• Follow FDA, biosecurity, and safety requirements; maintain clean, safe work environment.
• Perform inventory counts and document samples per ISO and QA procedures.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Support maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
