Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding, batching, pelleting, ingredient transfer, steam and compressed air systems to produce feed safely.
• Dump bag ingredients into micro bins and repair damaged bags; ensure no-flows.
• Record, date, and initial all documents and maintain reports of manufacturing processes.
• Operate forklift to receive bag ingredients and place on micro-bin platform.
• Assist maintenance and troubleshoot equipment; support quality control with sampling of finished feeds.
• Perform daily safety inspections and notify supervisor of equipment or process problems.
