Job summary

You will supervise Housekeeping and Preventative Maintenance teams, coordinate production schedules and inventories, and lead monthly safety meetings to address Mill and Trucking issues. Travel 1–5 trips/year may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years preferred.
• Computer skills: Basic computer skills and system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a group of personnel in a single department or work unit.
• Coordinate production schedules and inventories.
• Hold monthly safety meetings to address issues in Mill and Trucking.
• Plan quarterly budgets and report to upper management.
• Travel: 1 to 5 trips per year.
• Protect data and follow AI policy guidelines as applicable.
