Job summary

Seaboard Foods is hiring a Feed Mill Manager in Guymon to oversee production, safety, quality, and delivery for a high-volume facility. You will lead 9 hourly employees and 3 salaried staff, ensuring efficient use of assets to meet a weekly output target of 3,250 tons.

Responsibilities include production scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to EPA/FDA/OSHA/DOT rules. The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic food production

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Analytically minded and willing to learn new computer systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the production and delivery of feed, including ingredients needed for production.
• Maintain inventory of parts, products, and purchasing of supplies.
• Meet production targets while maintaining the highest quality product.
• Adhere to all EPA, FDA, OSHA, DOT requirements, and company biosecurity policies and procedures.
• Interview, select, train, evaluate, and promote staff as needed.
• Monitor the upkeep and sanitation of property, equipment and vehicles, and repair or replace items as needed.
• Record keeping such as data collection and distribution of information.
• Forecast capital purchase cost in advance, budgeting for delivery and mill.
