Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Athens, GA seeks a Feed Mill Clerk to handle inter-company mail, requisition ingredients, and enter daily production data in SAP. You will maintain ingredient inventory, generate weekly and monthly reports in Excel, and coordinate with vendors and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inter-company mail and open all mail for Field Operations.
• Order, requisition and receive ingredients and invoices for Feed Mill.
• Post daily ingredient production in SAP.
• Maintain weekly ingredient usage and shrink reports in Excel.
• Ingredient inventory validation.
• Pull weekly/monthly reports for Feed Mill manager.
• Maintain communication with ingredient vendors and drivers as needed.
• Scale ingredient drivers in and out, maintain communication with receiving crew.
• Work with QA on delivering feed samples from each ingredient delivery.
• Available to back up for other coordinators (Broiler, Breeder, Hatchery, Feed Haul).
• Back up requisitioning for multiple departments (Broiler, Breeder, Hatchery, Feed Haul).
• Normal Monday-Friday business hours.
