Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Feed Mill Clerk to manage mail operations, requisitions, and data entry for ingredient production. The role requires basic SAP familiarity, strong math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

You will support the Feed Mill with daily production postings in SAP, weekly and monthly reporting in Excel, and coordination with vendors and drivers. A high school diploma is required, with a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong math skills and ability to use Excel for reports.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP learning ability.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inter-company mail and open all mail for Field Operations.
• Order, requisition and receive ingredients and invoices for Feed Mill.
• Post daily ingredient production in SAP.
• Track weekly ingredient usage and shrink reports in Excel.
• Validate ingredient inventory.
• Pull weekly and monthly reports for Feed Mill manager.
• Maintain communication with ingredient vendors and drivers.
• Scale ingredient drivers in and out; communicate with receiving crew.
• Coordinate with QA to deliver feed samples.
• Back up coordinators for Broiler, Breeder, Hatchery, Feed Haul.
• Back up requisitioning for multiple departments.
• Work Monday through Friday, normal business hours.
