Responsibilities

• RECEIVING: Receiving, sampling and testing inbound ingredient trucks, and completing related paperwork.
• GRINDING, BATCHING, MIXING AND PELLETING: Operations to maximize productivity and quality with a computerized plant control system.
• LOADOUT: Loading outbound feed trucks and related paperwork.
• PRODUCT QUALITY: Produce products conforming to formulas and quality specs.
• SAFETY: Follow safety rules and standards.
• PRODUCTION RECORDS: Complete all necessary production records accurately.
• HOUSEKEEPING: Maintain a clean and orderly mill.
