Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Planning Coordinator to manage production orders, scheduling, and data entry. The role supports the Plant Manager and HR team, ensuring accurate records and timely communications with supervisors and load-out staff.

On-site position in Georgia, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends. Requires SAP experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office; base salary is $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of administrative, coordinator, or plant support experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily production orders and schedules.
• Coordinate inbound truck appointments for raw receiving.
• Track KPIs and compile plant reports.
• Assist with scheduling, meetings, and daily coordination.
• Provide direct support to the Plant Manager and HR supervisor.
