Butterball, LLC in Arkansas invites you to join as a Feed Mill Intern. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to feed manufacturing, ingredient management, maintenance, and safety alongside experienced leaders in Ozark, AR and nearby facilities.

You will analyze data, support production initiatives, and collaborate with mill teams to drive efficiency while pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree with a Dec 2028–Jun 2029 graduation window. Travel is required and Excel proficiency is expected.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, Agronomy, or a related field with an expected graduation date December 2028 through June 2029.
• Ability to work in a feed mill environment, including exposure to dust, varying temperatures, noise, and heights.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the day‑to‑day operations of a feed mill, including feed manufacturing and ingredient management.
• Partner with mill leaders and team members to support production, maintenance, and safety initiatives.
• Assist with projects focused on process improvement, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational data and present project findings and recommendations to leadership.
