Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to lead and perform FedRAMP-focused security assessments for client information systems in a remote US role. You will guide clients through FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST RMF requirements while supporting secure cloud architecture and risk mitigation.

The role requires US citizenship with ability to obtain a SECRET clearance and hands-on experience in vulnerability management, secure design, and reporting. Remote work within the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• US Citizen and able to obtain active SECRET clearance.
• Strong background in FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST RMF, and cloud security.
• Experience with security assessments, reporting, and client guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced security assessments for client information systems.
• Guide clients through FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST RMF requirements.
• Mentor team members and support secure cloud architecture and risk mitigation.
• Perform vulnerability scanning and remediation planning with tools listed above.
• Prepare client-facing documentation and attestations.
