Qualifications

• Proven claims adjusting experience and leadership in a claims operation.
• Deep knowledge of Workers’ Compensation claim handling.
• Specialist knowledge of Defense Base Act preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Claims Examiners on Federal WC claims.
• Ensure compliance with claim policies and guidelines.
• Oversee reserving, payments, expenses and recoveries.
• Develop and mentor team through training and career paths.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve business objectives.
