Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana offers Work Study positions, federally funded and part-time. Most roles are on-campus, with some off-campus at nonprofit or government agencies. Hours vary with class schedules, and eligible students will not exceed 20 hours per week.
Hiring range is $15.00 per hour. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, enrollment in at least 1 credit hour, SAP status, FAFSA on file, and demonstrated financial need as determined by Financial Aid.
Work Study positions are federally funded, part-time positions. Most positions are located on-campus but there will be off-campus positions at non-profit or government agencies. On-campus positions vary from general office and clerical work to maintenance work, lab assistants, tutoring, and technology assistants.
Each position will have a specific set of responsibilities will be explained during the interview process.
Hours will vary based upon assignment and individual class schedule. If eligible, a Work Study student will not work more than 20 hours per week.
