Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to faculty, staff and students in the School of Information Technology.
• Install and maintain lab computers, including inventory and organization of equipment.
• Set up computers and support hardware and software in the IT Lab.
• Assist with personal computer and network setup, configuration, testing, installation, troubleshooting, and support.
• Assist with classroom resources and devices and support IT competitions.
• Support School of IT student clubs and groups; offer peer tutoring.
• Work independently when needed and answer department phones professionally.
