Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Vendor Management Analyst to support contract and procurement activities for US government accounts. The role involves coordinating resource assignments, PO setup and monitoring, and processing vendor invoices while communicating with programs and vendors.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely roll-on of subcontractor resources and non-labor cost procurement. Strong Excel and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate setup of resource assignments and troubleshoot access/time entry issues.
• Handle purchase order setup, maintenance, and monitoring including requisitions and changes.
• Review invoices for accuracy and coordinate with accounts payable and vendors.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to roll on subcontractor resources and procurement needs.
• Other tasks may vary by account/program.
