Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in federal subcontract/supply chain/contract management.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform subcontract management and administration duties across various subcontract types.
• Manage subcontract and task order awards and modifications through all phases with minimal guidance.
• Maintain compliant and accurate subcontract management records.
• Provide subcontract-related advice to internal business teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with external industry partners and subcontractors.
• Prepare subcontractor RFPs aligned with client solicitation requirements.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and conduct detailed pricing analyses.
• Negotiate subcontractor proposals and agreements.
• Assess subcontractor performance risk and support corrective action plans when needed.
