Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; business-related degree preferred.
• 0-2 years' experience on government contracts projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teammates.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills under deadlines.
• Experience interfacing with government customers and understanding requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Project and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports project management phases from planning to result monitoring.
• Writes, updates, reviews, and submits contract deliverables and reports.
• Tracks tasks, risks, and budget; ensures plans stay within scope.
• Communicates status to government customers and partners.
• Monitors adherence to CMMI/AIMM processes and collects metrics.
• Collaborates with team to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
