• 0-2 years of experience on Government Contracts projects/programs.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical staff.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience interfacing with government customers to understand requirements.
• Strong analytical skills; capable of solving complex problems.
• Ability to work in demanding, sometimes stressful environments with limited oversight.
• Professional demeanor with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Project and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analyses of project functions and work processes; recommends improvements.
• Uses qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess project operations.
• Maintains project management documents; writes/updates/submits deliverables.
• Ensures completion of contract deliverables within time and funding constraints.
• Tracks and reports on project risks; recommends risk-reduction changes.
• Adheres to schedule; defines and maintains scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensures adherence to CMMI/AIMM processes and level 3 standards.
• Communicates with government customers and partners on status and feedback.
• Collaborates with team to guarantee project success and customer satisfaction.
• Supports planning, execution, and result monitoring phases.
