Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Procurement Senior Analyst to drive end-to-end procurement activities for Corporate Functions, including sourcing, supplier engagement, and contract administration. You will work remotely, report to a Procurement Manager, and join a team of 3–5 professionals.

You will support full lifecycle procurement, conduct price analyses, manage POs, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and internal policies while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years procurement experience in a Federal Government contracting environment with Cloud, Hardware, Software and Facilities suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams.
• Beginner knowledge of FAR/DFAR and Public Law requirements to procurement agreements.

Responsibilities

• Support the full procurement lifecycle, including processing procurement agreements, modifications, and purchase orders.
• Support sourcing strategies by conducting price analyses, evaluating proposals, and coordinating RFPs.
• Manage workload, prioritize requests, and ensure timely, high quality procurement actions.
• Identify issues or bottlenecks and elevate concerns to leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to support procurement planning and execution.
• Maintain records and contribute to reporting for procurement metrics and visibility.
• Ensure procurement actions meet compliance standards and policies.
