Job summary

HDR seeks a Federal Business Group Technology Director to lead the strategic technology vision across HDR’s federal practice. You will coordinate with leadership to drive innovative, secure digital delivery and modernization initiatives that align with government priorities.

You will oversee technology roadmaps, enterprise platforms, and collaborations with Corporate Technology, ensuring compliance with NIST RMF FedRAMP CUI.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping technology strategy for multidisciplinary engineering or professional services.
• At least 10 years delivering technology solutions for Federal clients.
• Knowledge of NIST RMF FedRAMP CUI and related compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs with measurable metrics.
• Drive technology innovation to improve performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
• Represent the FBG in enterprise technology planning and security considerations.
• Develop and align technology roadmaps reflecting Federal priorities.
• Partner with Corporate Technology to ensure compliant platforms and investments.
• Standardize workflows for Federal programs and secure digital delivery.
• Lead adoption of AI/ML tools across HDR and ensure risk management.
• Develop proposals for technology investments with HDR leadership.
