Job summary

HDR is seeking a Technology Director for its Federal Business Group to lead strategic technology initiatives across Federal programs. You will drive AI/ML adoption, security compliance, and modern digital delivery across HDR’s multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with federal standards and program goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology strategy for Federal programs and professional services.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate across Business Groups and external partners to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs and define performance metrics.
• Drive technology innovation that enhances security, resilience, and performance of Federal services.
• Represent HDR Federal Technology leadership in enterprise planning and governance.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned to Federal priorities like digital transformation and modernization.
• Ensure platforms meet Federal standards (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CUI) and enable secure collaboration.
• Oversee DOD, Civilian, and Intelligence sector technology needs and risk management.
• Foster talent development and cross-group collaboration in secure digital delivery.
• Lead and coordinate proposals for technology investments to improve quality and productivity.
