Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant professional experience in technical writing or documentation roles.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review and revise technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, formatting compliance, and version control.
• Maintain document repositories and support configuration/document management processes.
• Ensure all documentation complies with applicable federal, client, and organizational standards.
• Assist with documenting system changes, upgrades, testing procedures, and operational workflows.
• Participate in project meetings to capture requirements, updates, and action items related to documentation deliverables.
• Track documentation deliverables and support timely submission of contract deliverables and reporting requirements.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance documentation processes and templates.
