Management Solutions is seeking a Technical Writer fora federal clientprogram. This roleis responsible forcreating, editing, andmaintainingtechnical documentation, including user manuals, system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures. The Technical Writer works closely with IT, engineering, and project teams to ensure documentation isaccurate, clear, and alignedwithfederalgovernmentpolicies and industry standards.
Review and revise technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, formatting compliance, and version control.
Maintaindocument repositories and support configuration/document managementprocesses.
Ensure all documentationcomplies withapplicable federal,client,and organizational standards.
Assistwith documenting system changes, upgrades, testing procedures, and operational workflows.
Participate in project meetings and working sessions to capture requirements, updates, and action items related to documentation deliverables.
Track documentation deliverables and supporttimelysubmission of contract deliverables and reporting requirements.
Support continuous improvement efforts byidentifyingopportunities to enhance documentation processes, templates, and standards.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (e.g., English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related discipline), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years of relevant professional experience in technical writing, documentation development, or related roles.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Experience with documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and/orMadCapFlare.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively withcross-functional teams.
Familiarity withfederalgovernmentpolicies and regulatory requirements.
Ability to obtaina federalgovernment security clearance.
Work Authorization:U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract and/or security clearance requirements.
Working Conditions: This position isperformed in an office environment. Employees willbe requiredto use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods andoperatea computer and standard office equipment.
