Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in program analysis or communications.
• Proficiency in AP Style and federal plain language guidelines.
• Experience writing and editing technical documents and public-facing content.
• Experience auditing website content and translating complex information into clear language.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit and proofread technical documents, reports, training materials, SOPs, presentations and public-facing communications.
• Edit complex technical, policy and regulatory content while maintaining accuracy and intent.
• Conduct quality control reviews to identify errors and apply editorial standards.
• Draft, edit and refine blogs, website content, newsletters, outreach materials and other communications products.
• Conduct website content audits and recommend updates to maintain quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to incorporate feedback and publish content.
