Job summary

HDR is seeking a strategic Federal Business Group Technology Director to shape technology visions, roadmaps, and delivery across multiple federal sectors. You will lead a team of experts, drive secure cloud adoption, AI/ML, and digital transformation while aligning with NIST, RMF, and FedRAMP requirements.

Reporting to the Professional Services and Delivery leadership, you will partner with Federal leaders, define capability needs, governance, and innovative solutions that optimize performance,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise technology strategy for multidisciplinary engineering or professional services organizations.
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience executing projects involving technological solutions within the Federal sector.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks and requirements including NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and CUI.
• Experience evaluating technology, and software development and deployment.
• Experience in digital delivery, modeling, data architecture, data management, and AI/ML, cloud computing.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies relevant to Federal programs and establish performance indicators.
• Drive technology innovation that enhances Federal program performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
• Represent the FBG in enterprise technology planning and security accreditation considerations.
• Active participation in HDR Technology Leadership Team to drive ROI and adoption of AI/ML.
• Develop technology strategies and roadmaps reflecting Federal priorities and transformation.
• Partner with Corporate Technology to ensure Federal compliant platforms and investments.
• Standardize workflows and delivery practices for Federal programs.
