Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex modernization, interoperability, and data management initiatives for a federal client. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies from initiation to closeout, coordinating across architects, developers, and executives.

The role requires active SECRET clearance, U.S.

Qualifications

Active SECRET clearance required for federal projects.
U.S. citizenship is required for contract.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
5+ years delivering full lifecycle technology projects in a federal environment.
Experience with SDLC, system integration, and cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary PoC for clients, building strong relationships and accountability.
Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and tasks in Jira.
Facilitate standups, meetings, and retrospectives; prepare agendas and notes.
Coordinate charters, deliverables, and final work products using templates.
Support risk, issue, and dependency tracking; alert leadership on blockers.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to align milestones and deliverables.
Monitor quality and completeness of outputs before handoff.
Support Agile ways of working and Jira hygiene.
